PHASE 1
Interior Design & Creative Direction
We begin by establishing a clear design foundation—one that aligns aesthetics, function, and lifestyle.
This includes:

While we do not serve as the general contractor, we provide design-side project management to safeguard the integrity of the design throughout construction and installation.
This includes:

Responding to design-related questions during execution

Reviewing layouts and details for alignment with the approved vision

PHASE 4
Sourcing & Procurement
Execution requires control.All sourcing and procurement for furnishings, lighting, rugs, décor, and window treatments is managed directly through InterLux Interiors.
This includes:

Lead-time management and logistics coordination

Delivery, installation oversight, and punch-list resolution

Trade cost + 25–30% procurement service fee (35% for procurement-only engagements)
Managing procurement allows us to maintain accountability for quality, timing, and accuracy—ensuring the final installation reflects the original design intent without substitutions or inconsistencies.

Signature Full-Service Interior Design engagements typically begin at $350+ per square foot for new construction, and $450+ for remodeling, inclusive of interior fit-out construction, furnishings, and procurement. Final investment is tailored to the scope, level of customization, and overall complexity of the project.
Because this level of service requires focus and accountability, we intentionally limit the number of full-service projects we accept each year.
