Sourcing & Procurement is available as a turnkey-bundled component of our Interior Decoration and Signature engagements, or as a standalone service for clients with their own designer or design plan. We specify, source, order, receive, deliver, and install — single accountable studio from purchase order through punch list.

Through our trade network, clients access brands and pricing the public cannot reach. Furnishings are billed at trade cost — typically 25–65% below MSRP — plus a 25–30% procurement service fee. Even with the fee applied, the math beats retail.

Our designers will coordinate with furniture vendors and the general contractor on designing custom furniture pieces for your space. We will provide detailed drawings for millwork pieces that need to be built and installed on site.

Logistics & Install Management

Our logistics team coordinates with all vendors and the warehousing team to provide a smooth and effortless install. Our designers will be on site during the install to ensure that the final design aesthetic is achieved.

Trade Access, Not Markup

Twenty years of relationships with luxury showrooms, manufacturers, and ateliers worldwide give our clients access to brands and pricing the retail public cannot reach. Furnishings are billed at trade cost — typically 25–65% below MSRP — plus a 25–30% procurement service fee. Even with the fee applied, clients consistently pay less than retail.

Single Studio Accountability

Every order, every vendor, every delivery routed through one studio. No fragmented procurement, no "call the manufacturer yourself" handoffs, no orphaned shipments. When a vendor falls behind or an item arrives damaged, InterLux Interiors handles it directly — not the client.

Transparent at Every Level

InterLux Interiors does not mark up shipping, freight, receiving, warehousing, installation labor, or any pass-through expense. The procurement service fee is the only fee we charge — calculated on trade cost, fully disclosed, with no hidden margins anywhere in the engagement.

your investment

Our sourcing and procurement service fee is calculated on the trade-cost value of furnishings sourced through InterLux — 25–30% for design clients, 35% for procurement-only clients. All procurement orders are placed exclusively through InterLux Interiors to maintain quality control and single-point vendor accountability. Minimum order value: $50,000.

What's included in the procurement service fee Vendor specification and quote management; order placement, tracking, and acknowledgment; quality-control coordination with vendors; lead-time management; and delivery scheduling.

Billed separately, at cost Shipping and freight, warehouse receiving and storage, white-glove delivery and installation labor, sales tax, expedited shipping, and any vendor-initiated changes after the order is placed. These are paid directly to the vendor or third-party provider — InterLux Interiors does not apply additional markup to pass-through costs.
