We act as your project advocate, ensuring that the design intent is executed precisely and that all vendors, trades, and timelines work in harmony. Site Visits & Quality Assurance
Regular on-site walkthroughs to review progress, verify accuracy, resolve issues, and ensure the work meets InterLux Interiors’ standards of craftsmanship.
Issue Resolution & Problem Solving
We anticipate challenges, troubleshoot proactively, and present solutions that protect both the timeline and the integrity of the design.
Budget Monitoring & Reporting
Ongoing oversight of approved budgets, allowances, and expenditures, ensuring decisions remain aligned with the client's financial parameters.
Order Tracking & Logistics Management
We oversee the logistics of all InterLux Interiors–procured items, including tracking, warehousing, receiving, inspection, and readiness for installation.
Final Installation Coordination
We orchestrate the full installation phase, ensuring every piece arrives on time, is placed accurately, and meets quality expectations before the final styling and reveal.
